Welcome to the start of the 2013/2014 season! Registration will start on July 1st, and the base fee will remain at $520 for most levels, excepting Feathers ($250) and Minor Junior ($300). However, in order for the Treasurer to process the payments of over 700 players before Conditioning Camps start, there must be a date by which the registrations should be complete. Therefore, there will be a $40 late fee for any payment received after Saturday, August 18th. That allows seven weeks to register and pay, thus accommodating summer vacations. Players will not be permitted on the ice until their payments have been received.
This letter will provide any information you should need to register, and includes the link to the Hockey Canada Registration site. Note the following:
- You can confirm that you live within the CHBA boundaries at this map;
- Conditioning Camp must be selected separately during the registration process;
- Registration cheques are to be made out to Cole Harbour Place, not CHBA Minor Hockey;
- Players trying out for High School, Major Bantam or Major Midget must indicate this on their registration form;
- Parents of 4-8 year-olds must take the online Hockey Canada Respect in Sport Program (described in the letter); and
- The CHBA Credit Card form can be found here.
