Members are advised that the AGM will be reconvened at 7 pm on June 21 in the Westphal Room at Cole Harbour Place.

The meeting was adjourned due to spoiled ballots.  In accordance with CHBA bylaws, REF Bylaw#1 Membership, 2. Every member of the Association over the age of nineteen (19) years shall be entitled to attend any General Meeting of the Association and be entitled to only one (1) vote at any General Meeting of the Association and to hold any office, but there shall be no proxy voting." That is, one ballot is provided per parent or guardian, not per player.

The meeting will commence at 7pm sharp with vote (no speeches from candidates vying for position), followed by New Business.
