Please click on the following link to get to the Rep/Female Coaching Application Questionnaire for the 2012/2013 Season. This is a 5 minute online survey to gauge interest, and gather potential names for interviews, not to get complete qualifications of each coach.  Please ensure that if you are interested in coaching next season you fill this out.  It will be handy to have you hockey Canada ID ready. The link will shut down July 10, so please don’t put it off.  If you do not complete this you won't be contacted for coach selection.

Timeline for selection process will be…

• July 10-July 13 review applicants
• July 16-July 20 select interview candidates and schedule interviews
• July 23 - Aug 3 conduct interviews
• Aug 3 - Aug 15 announce selections
