It takes less than 5 minutes, it's online, and you do not need to leave your name…but it is the least you can do for the Coaches and Cole Harbour Hockey.

Parents we now have survey results from almost 25% of our membership, a huge increase from years past.  That said, we need more!!  Everyone of these will be read by the coordinators of each level and the respective coaches.  I have been asked will anyone pay attention to it, do they read them, the answer is definitely YES.  I will present the collective results at the AGM, but in order to make this a true representation of the memberships feedback we need at least 50% response. - Click here for the survey.
