Parents and players, the coach evaluation process has changed this year, it is now an online survey! We are hoping that this will attract more feedback from all, and allow for easier analysis of results. We recommend  that parents do this together with their player at appropriate ages. The time to take the survey could be as little as 2 minutes, as there are only about 12 questions. Your comments are what is most valuable, and although it takes a bit more time, I think we can agree it is the least we can do for the coaches who have already put in lots of their time.

We are looking to only receive one survey per player on the team. Survey results will be given to the coaches. At the end of the survey you have the opportunity to add your name or leave it blank. Your name will not be shared with the coaches unless you want it to be and will only go to the respective coordinators. We do recommend leaving your name and email address as it does make your survey much more valid.

We will be deleting any surveys that are felt to be attacking or of no value.
